Zack Snyder Shares New ‘Justice League’ Image Of Darkseid In Action

Zack Snyder has shared a brand new image from his Justice League cut featuring Darkseid in battle during the original “history lesson” sequence.

Justice League famously went through various changes once Joss Whedon took over for Zack Snyder on the project. Since then, Zack Snyder has shared a lot from his Justice League cut on Vero for the last few years now. One of the major sequences that was cut down was the original opening which featured a massive battle with the Atlanteans, the Amazons, Green Lanterns, Gods, and others. This was called the “history lesson” and a young Darkseid was also originally set to appear during his sequence.

In Joss Whedon’s version of Justice League, the “history lesson” was reduced to a flashback told by Wonder Woman and Darkseid was cut out of it completely. Zack Snyder has now shared the best look at Darkseid yet in a recent Vero post of the Justice League villain in action on the battlefield. Zack Snyder alludes to David Thewlis appearing as Ares in his version as well. You can check out the latest Zack Snyder Justice League cut image with Darkseid below:
