The Mandalorian season 2 kept the fans company for 8 weeks, but its run has ended. As always, StarWars.com has debuted a shiny set of photos from the week’s episode. Much to everyone’s disappointment, there is, as of this writing, no character poster this week. Yes, we all have been waiting for Luke Skywalker to get his own, but it seems that we will have to wait. The kingpin of the Star Wars Universe cameoed in the latest installment to save the day and the protagonists from certain death by the darktroopers’ hands. Shortly after taking care of the Imperial menace in a sequence that recalled Darth Vader’s walkout in Rogue One, Skywalker took Baby Yoda/Grogu with him to train the Force-sensitive.

The batch of photos also features a still of Bo-Katan Kryze. The Mandalorian leader was looking to recover the Darksaber from the Imperial officer Moff Gideon. However, Din Djarin eventually clashed with Gideon, disarming and defeating him in single combat. Thanks to the victory, Mando rightfully claimed the legendary black-bladed lightsaber. The importance of the weapon comes from the fact that it legitimizes the ruler of Mandalore. In the future, Bo-Katan might have to defeat Mando himself if she wants to properly claim possession of the Darksaber.
